Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital Foundation is thrilled to welcome Keenan McCullough as our board chair. With a distinguished career in mergers and acquisitions, Keenan brings a wealth of experience advising clients across diverse industries, from construction materials and consumer products to technology.

As the founder of MP Law and a former member of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP’s Private Equity and M&A group, Keenan has guided transactions ranging from $10 million
to over $20 billion. His expertise extends to both domestic and cross-border deals, complemented by his credentials as a certified public accountant.

What truly sets Keenan apart is his passion for advancing emergency and trauma care. His unique blend of financial acumen and commitment to health care positions him
