With over 15 years of experience in the wine industry, Stacey Carlo brings deep knowledge, strategic leadership, and a sharp focus on community engagement to every role she takes on.

Heather DeMarinis is a philanthropist and civic igniter who has proudly served her community for more than two decades. She joined the Providence Santa Rosa Foundation board in 2019 and served as chair of the Women’s Health Foundation (WHAM) before accepting the role of board chair in 2021.

Santa Rosa native Duncan Kelm resides in Rincon Valley with his wife Katherine, and their three children, Kallen, Kennedy and Camden.

A life-long Santa Rosa resident, Lou Ratto was involved in the solid waste and recycling industry for 25+ years until his business was sold in 2017.

John Reed, M.D., served as Chief of Staff for Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital from 1989-1990.

Alan joined the Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital Foundation board in April 2024.
